The Northwoods is a huge cabin. It has large kitchen with a 1/2 bath. The living room has a gas fireplace, pool table, card table, and more. Upstairs has 7 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has a covered deck with picnic tables, chairs, charcoal grill, extra fridge, and small chest freezer. This is at the perfect cabin for family reunions, large fishing groups, retreats, and more. - The cottage week begins on Saturday at 3PM.
- Check-in anytime after 3PM. Check-out is 9AM.
- 1/2 day rate will apply after 9AM.
- Please respect suggested times.
- $500 per week for each cottage reserved.
- $200 per HALF week for each cottage reserved.
- ($750 per week for the Northwoods)
- (Deposits are refundable ONLY with 12 weeks notice in advance of reservation date.)
- Your deposit will be applied to cottage rental.
- 3 day minimum payment on all stays.
- $75 service charge on all cancellations and returned checks.
Linens and towels are furnished upon request; towels available every Wednesday. Bring beach towels. Daily maid service available - $5.00 per day per person.
PETS: Leash Required / Owner Responsible for any damages. $100 additional cleaning service charge for excessive clean-up.
Services
Canoe Trips: Trips can be planned to the Vermilion River. Ask about sign-up at the office. Weather permitting. The resort has canoes, paddles, life jackets, and other equipment available to use.
Boat Shuttling: Trailering your boat to other water access points, our boats for day trips. There are lots of options that are not far. Ask about this at the office. Rates depending on distance. You can put in at other access points on Lake Vermilion, Vermilion river, Winchester, Elbow Lake, and other close access points.
Firewood: Firewood is available upon request. 1 load per day. 2 cabins have fireplaces, many cabins share campfire rings between them, and we have a communal Gazebo that is open and available for all to enjoy.
Trails: We have many trails both on property and nearby to enjoy many aspects of northern MN - Hiking, Biking, and ATV trails. Be sure to check out or ask us about these and many other services and attractions in the area.
